Lucid Stage provides performance and rehearsal space for artists of various genres, classroom and community event space, educational programs, and visual art gallery space.

Our available spaces include:

1)    A fully-equipped 100-seat (1,670 square foot) black box theater. This space features comfortable moveable seats on risers that can be reconfigured for multiple staging options, and a full lighting and sound package.

2)    A 740 square foot classroom/rehearsal space

3)    3 artist studio/office spaces (2 for single occupancy and 1 larger for shared use).

4)    A spacious scene shop, configured to Lucid’s theater specs and including use of equipment (ask for list).

Lucid also features a large backstage dressing room, onsite parking, lobby and box office. For all uses booked more then 14 days in advance, Lucid will also include your event in regular press releases and emails to our distribution lists and post details on our website.

*Use of the theater for a performance open to the public will incur a $100 fee if there is no intermission.

**Use of scene shop is charged for all or part of any calendar day.

Theater rental—use of the theater may be shared or exclusive. With an exclusive rental, you have sole use of the theater space, green room (classroom) and backstage dressing room for the period of your rental. During a shared rental, you will have sole use of the theater space, green room (classroom) and backstage dressing room ONLY during and 2 hours prior to scheduled rehearsal and performance times. During other times, Lucid Stage reserves the right to make these spaces available to other users.

Ticketed performances must use the Lucid Stage box office services, which include online sales, phone and onsite sales (box office is open weekdays 10-5 and from 2 hours prior to performances through intermission). The box office set-up fee is included in rental rates.
